We hope to build up fine on-line editorial boards to help us assess quality papers and articles submitted to our journals. We need our editors and reviewers to be key figures in their professions, to have some experience of publishing articles and papers, or have previous editorial experience. We also like to have an original submission by each applicant to assess for publication, by peer review prior to joining the board.
