IF you experience fear, adrenaline makes your heart beat faster to prepare for flight or fight and IF your heart beats faster, you think and feel as if you are going to faint, or have a heart attack and so on. You get frightened by the thoughts of illness and become more panicked - which reinforces the process.

Fear stimulates adrenaline.

NOW what started this vicious circle were normal sensations of anxiety.

YOU didn’t understand why the physical effects were happening and so it was frightening.

BUT NOW after reading this you have a better idea of what happens to you when you have your panic.

And this puts YOU in control.
