Panic

You know that once the feelings start it will worsen and you are going to panic. You start to become frightened of having a heart attack, collapsing, fainting, making a fool of yourself, having to run away or feeling trapped.

Jail

You are caught in a vicious circle.

The vicious circle will continue until you are too exhausted to panic any more. You remember these awful experiences and you create a fear situation.
